Same here. I loved the first one, but I think the sequel is more fun since it is it's own film compared to the first which was a remake.

Not me, I always loved the first film more. I also still can't believe this was a remake, I didn't know that until months ago. WTF! lol.

Yep. The original holds a special place in my heart.

I find it more affecting and emotional without the voice acting of the animals and instead the narration and comforting voice of Rex Allen.

There's very few videos on youtube of the original, as most show the remake. And I just realised for some reason I put Rex Harrison who was an English actor instead of Rex Allen, who was an American actor and singer.

It's Rex Allen who narrated the original Incredible Journey. He also narrated another very little known Disney film called The Legend of Lobo which is one of my favourite ever films.
