Well the person in the hot seat would be asked personal questions like: favorite color, favorite food, when's your birthday, etc. Until the next person is up in the hot seat. Whoever's in the hotseat can pick the next person to go in it.

I'm not sure how long each person should be in the hotseat? Maybe like a week each? That way more people will have a chance to ask each person questions.

It's a way to get to know your fellow forum members better.
