Finding Nemo & Finding Dory #8: Because we finally have a teaser trailer for Finding Dory!
  W e L c O m E to the Finding Nemo/Finding Dory Appreciation Thread!  "Just keep swimming.. just keep swimming, swimming, swimming.." First you were all like whoa and we were like whoa, and you were like whoa.."   Underwater Story; An animated underwater tale which was released in 2003.2003. Finding Nemo is a story about sealife. The story first takes place at the drop off where two clown fishes Marlin and his wife are having a laugh and a joke in an anemone. The female clown fish had recently laid thousands of eggs which should soon hatch. Before the eggs have the opportunity to hatch they are all eaten by a sea predator who is lurking around the nest. As the female goes to check on her babies she is also eaten alive. Marlin, feeling distraught notices one last egg which had survived in the corner and calls him Nemo. As the story proceeds Nemo attends fish school. There he meets a squid, sea horse and a pointed fish. Nemo can't swim as well as other fish due to a bad fin. Whilst playing with the other children Nemo is dared to go and touch the bottom of a boat. As he succeeds in doing so, a human diver swims next to him and catches him, taking him out of the sea away from his comfort zone. Nemo is placed in a tank located at a dentist. There he meets fish that he has never seen before. They give him the name Sharkbait and give Nemo dangerous challenges in order to escape from the tank. While this is happening, Marlin sets out on a long journey hoping to find his son. He meets a blue fish called Dory. They travel together, face many consequences and end up in very precarious situations. Once Nemo is found, he reunites with his father.  Film History; Finding Nemo is a 2003 American Computer Animated comedy/drama film written and directed by Andrew Stanton. It was produced by Pixar Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures. It was Pixar's first movie to be released in the cinemas that summer. Finding Nemo received positive reviews and an Academy Award for Best Animated Feature. It was seconded as the highest grossing film of 2003 behind The Lord of the Rings: Return of the King. Earning over $868 million worldwide.Best selling DVD of all time with over 40 million copies sold by 2006. It made the top 10 rank for greatest animated films.  "He's not coming back.  Jess did a wonderful job with it. Though I might try to shorten the width a little, since it's a little over long.  __________________
