She definitely does, but it's hard to articulate exactly what changes when her hair color changes - other than that I think her eyes pop/stand out way more with the brunette.

Completely agree with you girls. There is a definite change in the appearance of her eyes. When she's rocking the brunette they somehow seem lighter in color.
