I've always thought the shades became a barrier between her and the stalkerazzi at first, like her lifeline. But now I just think she loves them period.

Probably.I remember reading a article on some male celeb(forget which one)that always wore sunglasses. He said he did it because he was so shy.That performing onstage was hard for him. Gahh, I wish I could remember who it was.
