my favourite scene between the two is when June stages the intervention, hiding the drugs from Johnny.. and Johnny wakes up and he says "you're an angel." That scene is just

That is a good scene! I like "baby baby baby" and "Jackson" scenes of course! But I also like the scene of the two of them running in together. It's a very sweet and innocent moment and how they look at each other from a distant. And another one is is at the restaurant talking. Just how at ease they were talking to each other. The entire movie is my favorite so I couldn't narrow it down anymore than that.

i love all of the previous scenes mentioned, but one that wasn't that i really like is when they're in the restaurant talking. they both did such an amazing job with that scene

I had no idea what the last topic was.

I was watching the movie and the scene with Viv watching Johnny/June's amazing chemistry together that was undeniable to her and wondering if the entire concert set they performed at that Hollywood bowl show included Jackson. LOL

Like if they did Jackson like in Vegas at the show with his family/girls. That would have very entertaining to watch the reactions.

But i love this movie - both of them did excellent jobs -

lol on another note - i just loved Reese's ******-tonk (sp?) song - its just so country ! lol - classic

Aw the second thread! It is so nice to see that we've made it to a new one! There are so many favorite scenes but I am still in love with their first meeting backstage - and just how Johnny knows she is there and feels her presence, but how just as a member of the audience, you see him immediately falling for her. Joaquin makes you feel what he as Johnny, is feeling and you can understand exactly why he does.

Icesurfer, I love that song! Jukebox Blues. You see what people said about June in real life - that she had such a bubbly personality, and just was so magical on stage, even more so with Johnny, but you can see what he sees - her beauty, talent and utter joy that she brings to her performance.

ITA with you, Pemberly21. Reese and Joaquin did both Johnny and June justice. They brought both to life on screen, and it was just amazing to watch. It's a really special film.
