Rom-coms tend to go the cheesy/predictable route a lot, so yeah, I definitely agree. I enjoyed the comedy in the film a lot, though.

They had a really sweet chem., that's for sure.... and he's a total sweetheart. I fell in love with him after seeing him in My Life Without Me. He's super talented.

He is definitely a sweetie. I just realized. He costared with Jen Garner in 13 going on 30, and Jen and Reese are great friends.

Yup, yup. I love my Marky and he was fab in this movie as well as 13 Going On 30. Nice connection there Em. :)

I just now saw the alternate ending for the first time and I'm cracking up over here! I liked it!

What was the alternate ending? I feel like I watched it at one point but I'm drawing a total blank now.

Instead of remembering all the good times, she remembers everything that annoyed her about him and just made a face and said: mmm, no... and then walked away. At least I think that's what it was. Haven't watched it in months, so I'm a little amnesia-ish.

Yeah, neither ending did much for me. But I still liked the movie as a whole.

I hear that, Em. It wasn't a fave of mine as far as Reese's films go but I thought a lot of it was super funny. One quote in particular just kills me, to this day.

"I may have been a lonely, home-wrecking whore, but I saved lives!"
