If the bridge climb is anything like Edgewalk (which I wouldn't do either) I'm sure they don't allow for any personal effects (except for glasses) to go with you for fear of the items falling and causing damage/injuring someone. I don't know about the bridge climb but Edgewalk has guides out there with you taking photos/video-recording the experience (it's included in the price).

Yep, it's the same with the bridge walk, you are not allowed to take any personal items with you in case you drop them onto the road below!! You do get a photo of you at the top but it's not the same as being able to take your own pics! Can you imagine dropping a camera from the top of the CN Tower? Lethal weapon!!!

That makes sense. I get why no personal items can be brought.
And I know this is kind of selfish and nuts, but if I dropped my camera the first thing that would come to mind is not "OMG that could kill someone" but "OMG all my pictures!"

I think we finally decided on Toronto, Niagara, Montreal and Quebec City for the summer. All place we've visited before but are happy to visit again.
