Haha, thought so.

Back now. Was with Mr. Louisiana since Friday. Spent some time looking for a rental home for him as his brother. The owner of their current home is finally going to demolish it and build a new home, so he's got until September 1st to vacate. He says he's going to look into buying, FINALLY, within two years.

Yes, I think it's decrepit. I wouldn't live in it. I don't care if it has an ocean view. I'm more concerned about asbestos. I'll prefer modernity over a view any day.

Ocean views are scary because what if a really bad earthquake happens or a landslide or a hurricane and then your house tumbles into the ocean?

This was in January in Pacifica, Ca. Flip through the video and you can see there are several people in the apartment balconies looking as more of the land gives way. oh, hell, no! I wouldn't be inside that.

Seriously. I wouldn't be in it structure that's falling into the ocean. And there are cars parked and people walking like nothing right behind them. Shoot, that whole block should be red tagged!
