The battle at Helm's Deep. Man, that was a breath-taking battle, that's for sure...

I think this my favorite movie. Simply because of the many Legolas/Gimli/Aragorn scenes.

And the battle at Helm's Deep. Just wow.

They had some great scenes Especially during the battle at Helm's Deep. And in the midst of all that, they still manage to make me laugh with Legolas/Gimli's banter

Besides Helm's Deep another of my favourites would be the return of Gandalf (as Gandalf the White) and him breaking Wormtongue's influence over Theoden later on.

^Those are good ones
My sister and I always quote the complete conversations of Pippin and Merry in this one. They're just .. very quotable

I love that bit with Theoden. The effect is so clever when the spell is broken and he looks younger again.

I love all the Gimli/Aragorn/Legolas scenes, such a great friendship (the highlight of the films IMO). I really like the bit when they think Merry and Pippin are dead but then Aragorn can tell from the ground that they escaped. And one of my favourite lines is when Gimli falls off his horse..."It was deliberate, it was deliberate"

Oh, and the bit when Aragorn walks through the doors when he gets to Helm's Deep. Yum.

Yeah, those three really made this movie for me. I think my favorite, overall, scene was the battle of Helm's Deep.
