Thanks for starting their thread!
Nori brought out the good side from the Stranger - she reminded him that there's more than just weird powers. __________________

She really did! I was looking up stuff about their relationship, and it reminded me that, that was the most important part of their relationship.

I loved that she did so much to help him
"I know it sounds strange, but somehow I just know he's important." Just thought I'd post another quote for maybe a future title suggestion? (Since I'm going through the eps again to try and find something good for the Poppy & Isildur threads anyway) __________________

Yes, it was hard for them at first, but they really pulled together in the end.

They did
And we should see a lot more from them in s2 , as they are journeying to the far East together... If the Stranger is indeed Gandalf, then it explains why he's so fond of the Hobbits, and of the relations of the Took/Brandybuck side in particular... __________________

Yes! That's what I thought too. If it is Gandalf, it totally explains his special relationship with hobbits.

I'm kind of hoping he isn't Gandalf.. cuz I feel like we don't really get to see that many other Wizards...
Also who is the Brandybuck? __________________

Merry Brandybuck (Meriadoc really) .
I guess we will see in s2 whether he turns out to be Gandalf or not... __________________

Agree with you on that
But I'm already looking forward to seeing the Rhun Sea, as we've never been to that area in the films or books really... __________________

Another area we've not seen before. I like how they are going to places we've not seen.

Me too... As it adds more layers to what we know of Middle Earth, and not just recycles already known places...
