I mean.. unless you count Isildur ofc
I don't mind that much about the Elrond change. I mean I've liked him so far in this series. But I think I had been used to the movies version __________________

Well, both Isildur & Sauron were part of the original first scene of LOTR but only Elrond & Galadriel were present during Frodo's journey... ... They could potentially get Robert's hair a bit darker to much it more with older movie version Elrond's...  __________________

Unless there's a reason why Elves get darker hair as they grow older, I don't think he will
and I doubt elves go to the hair salon to dye their hair The actor is fine and I liked the way he portraied Elrond  it's just the hair __________________

Elrond's sons' hair is described as dark coloured... which means that our Elrond should also have a darker hair - but the actor is spot on, which means that I can live with the hair-colour change

Agreed.
I think I'm used to his shorter hair atm. With the movie version, he looked nice with long hair. But this version I think I'm liking his shorter hair __________________

yes, he is...
I don't mind him with the shorter hair - older Elrond always tends to remind me of Matrix, and that he should be one of the bad guys somehow... I much prefer the younger short-haired Elrond ROP has, it's so much easier to see him as only Elrond instead of seeing the actor in 2 roles at the aame time... __________________
