He really does , but I sort of understand why he is feeling bitter... he thought it was his birth right to become the Iron Fist, and then Danny just abandoned him... it's a lot of disappointments in little time

I hope for that as well. Maybe some more background on the character? He's obviously from the comics so there must be some big story arc coming for him in S2.

Me too! I hope to get more character development too because we only got him in a few eps in S1.

I heard good things about The Boy with the Top Knot

And yeah, he seems like a very layered character, so it will be nice to find out more about him.

The actor has played some villainous roles in the UK so that's probably why I'm thinking that his character is shady from the time we met him.

It was enough to make me want more past story and more present store arc for him though.

I've only see him in Sherlock, and he rocked that role. But yeah, definitely a shady vibe coming off of him!!

I do hope S2 will give us more character development from him. All I know from him is that he was in K'un-Lun with Danny and was training to be Iron Fist (and he was there longer than him too).

Maybe they purposely had him on late in the show so we'll get his backstory in S2? Which is what I'm hoping for.
