- Love the Elite’s power walk to start off the episode
- Glad that Lena learned from her last attempt at human trials and wants to take her time to get it right. - Oh dear, the Hat is buddies with Mxy, and Mxy told him about the Fortress of Solitude… which is about as secure as STAR Labs now. - Where was Kelex? Isn’t he supposed to be in charge of protecting the fortress? - Nia is being really adorable this episode. Nice to see she finally figured out how to astral project too. - Brainy organized the march! #AmericanAlien. Of course, it would have been nice if both Brainy and J’onn were in their natural forms during the march. - I loved Brainy and Kara’s little private chat. It’s the first time they’ve had a proper one-on-one conversation since 3x10. Now if only the showrunners would remember that Brainy was Kara’s main love interest in the comics… - Brainy looked good with Hat’s hat on - James taking pictures of humans and aliens helping each other during the riot is the best use of him, I think. Those pictures will make more of a difference than Guardian ever did. - So… it was a five second interaction, but I think Franklin and Nia would be cute together. Is he going to get a crush on “Dreamer” now? This would give the show that Reporter/Superhero dynamic too. - J’onn going full Manhunter? About time! - Did Lex – or someone who works for him – shoot James…? __________________

For a moment, when Manchester disappeared and then Kara explained what that door was - I thought, if this is the way Manchester is done, it's a really crappy ending. About as anti-climatic of an ending as the demise of the Mercy and Otis.
I love seeing Nia getting more used to what it is like being a superhero in the field. I would be fangirling too, if I were her. It's sad that Brainy's legion ring is lost, but hopefully that means that the writers are planning on keeping on past this current season. __________________

I finally saw this yesterday. The ''Us or them'' chant was annoying I'll point out. Geez. All those people fighting each other around the end of this episode apparently did not end with anyone that I saw being killed or get sent to a hospital, except maybe Ben Lockwood I thought & I don't remember exactly what happened to him. Just that Alex said something about him. This did remind me of what happens in Downtown Portland at times when protestors & anti-protestors get together. It at the very least tends to lead to arrests. Superheroes though were using their powers to stop people from assaulting others, which I guess if you can do that, might as well. It wasn't realistic, but that's not what this show is about I know.
The cliffhanger at the end I did not see coming. I don't think it was a sniper that got James, but wish him well. I don't know of a list of people that want him dead at this time either, so curious who did that to him. __________________
