Don't hate me for this but I'm starting to wonder yes we saw J'onn see the memories of Jeremiah but what if those are like old memories when he first got to project Camdus what if sadly he's not alive anymore :( I hope I'm wrong but I'm starting to wonder this.

I would hate that, but it's always possible. There's also a chance he's alive but whatever they have done to him has completely warped him and he's not Jeremiah any more :(

It would be more interesting if they find Jeremiah and he's not human anymore. :P

Hints are always a possibility. I'm not expecting anything too much though.

And for the finale, they must deal with the mind control so yeah Jeremiah's story will be left for S2. Unless it relates somehow to Jeremiah.
