I feel Cat really got better by episode 3 and 4. I am so glad they showed her son by episode 4 and she already felt fleshed out than the typical boss from those first 2 episodes.

Hope we see more of her son or should I say son's in season 2.

Even if Cat's role is reduced - we still should be treated to at least 1 Cat centric episode during the season on her and hopefully her life outside the office.

She has to know, but just isn't saying to respect her wishes. I don't care if the show confirms that or not. I will always believe it.
