- Why is Winn going off on Ruby? He was good with kids in Season 1. That was really OOC. At least he made up for it.

Oh wait… never mind. She IS the evil hologram priestess.

Remember the 6th episode of this season, Midvale? Alex and Kara exposed Sheriff Collins as the person who'd killed their friend Kenny, and Alex took him down and turned him in by making a citizen's arrest.

Incidentally, somebody either misremembered Alex's age at the time or the writers for some reason decided to do an in-season retcon, because Midvale establishes her age as 16, not 17.

The reunion between Kara and her mom was so emotional I loved that we saw them reconnect and that Kara told her about her life. I really liked that they talk about Astra too

Love the Alex storyline. She is a badass, but she need to be more careful now that she has to look for Ruby. The callbach to the sheriff and the Midvale ep was nice.
The scene with J'onn at the end was really nice. Space dad giving an amazing speech once again
"You're an incredible agent and I know you're going to be an incredible mother"

Omg Reign's creator being a member of the council was a really good twist. I'm guessing she did something to the rock, maybe modified it and things are not going to end well for our heroes

Lena and her struggle....Save Sam or kill Reign was well written. Her position is really difficult, she want to save her friend but at the same time she know that if she failed Reign will destroy the Earth.. I also loved the talk between Lena and James. I love how he is always the one who helped her figure out what it's the right think to do...even when it's hard.

Mon-El giving the vaccine to the little kid to cure him was really sweet

I also enjoy the scenes between Ruby and Winn. In a way the shared the same past and have the same fear to one day maybe became like their parent so it was a really great choice to have them connect about that

For some reason I kept waiting a hartbreaking twist about Kara's mother but Selena's presence was enough, I guess

I saw this episode today. I don't understand how Alex was a cop at 17 either, though I guess at that age she still could of made a citizen's arrest. I had forgotten that Erica Durance is ''Alura'' & kept thinking Alura looks more like Erica Durance than she does Kara. I thought Kara's mom would be older as well, since I think in the show she was 24 when it began or perhaps began. 24 in human years that is.
