Neelix often gave a different perspective. The detail of him trying to come up with recipes for the food they had available was a nice touch. also liked that he was sometimes included in the officer briefings.

I wish we had seen more of their friendship too. Neelix was great as a morale officer and cook. He always tried to cheer everyone up.

I felt like Janeway had a good relationship with all the crew members, but she had some really nice friendship moments with Tuvok.

would have been nice to see an eppy or two with just the whole crew having a down day and interacting with everyone..

Yeah, I also would have loved some follow-ups on the less visible crew members like Vorik.

Yeah, if I remember the last episode with Kes correctly that wasn't a good ending for her character.
