Alright, I wonder what they'll name the baby? T'pipper Tucker...lol, hope it's a good eppy.

I've never seen T'Pol spelled with a ? mark Chris.

I wonder if that's the same Tom Bergeron from AFV and Hollywood Squares?

Yes it is the same Tom Bergeron as I noticed the name too. So... I went in search of and was able to verify that they are one and the same via imdb.

Decent beginning to the two parter. Not a big fan of Peter Weller, but I suppose I'll live. I was only able to notice Tom Bergeron by his voice as his alien makeup made him unidentifiable. Oh well he can now be in his own Scariest home video's.

I found it a bit strange that the Xindi weapon that destroyed so much and started so much of xenophobia seems alot like the weapon that was used as a show of force by Paxton on the moon. Eh, whatever. I just hope they get to keep the baby.

That weapon did seem awfully similiar to what the Xindi used. It was nice to have reference to them, not that I miss all the Xindi centered storylines, just that the continuity was nice.

I thought it was a decent eppy too. Mayweather actually got significant screen time! I felt bad for him when the rest of the crew burst in and told him the girl was a spy and was using him.

Liked Mayweather's comment about being disappointed they weren't using the shuttlecraft as much because they were getting more comfortable with the transporter.

Oh, and Phlox's bit about the baby having Trip's eyes and T'Pol's ears. I hope we get to see the baby.

Something that really irritated me was having a baby referred to as 'it'. I suppose the Terra Prime people think she's an abomination or something, but still. I'm really curious as to how she came into being since T'Pol swears she was never pregnant.

Some reference to the Suliban in next week's eppy would be nice. Haven't heard much about them lately and they were such a big part of the first season.

Ever hear of a surrogate mother? It is completely possible for that to happen in the future. For someone to take Trip's DNA and T'Pol's DNA and combine the two into a surrogate mother.

Yeah, a surrogate is possible. Because of T'Pol's certainty about the child being hers, I wondered if it was conceived in the future and brought back in time. Although the surrogate thing seems more likely.

Not a bad episode.

When it first started, after the beginning credits, I was like: "Hey! That's the Mayor!" No matter how many roles Harry Groener has, I think I will always remember him as the Mayor from Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

I am curious as to how the child came into being. I will definitely be waiting for the next epsiode.

Hey Rob. It's nice to see you here.

I've never been a Buffy fan, so I didn't make that connection.

Thanks! It's good to be here again.

Well, actually, I think I would have been more surprised if you had noticed!

In anticipation of this week's eppy and coincidentally the series' finale, I stopped over at startrek.com to see what the synopsis is for the eppy. [edited spoilers]. To bad that I have to work on BOTH Friday and Sunday I will be missing the finale completely! GRRR! I guess that I will have to trust the v.c.r. programming goddess in me to tape the episode while I'm away at work.

Sorry, I had to edit the next sentence because people visiting this thread might not want details of the next episode. If you'd like to start a thread for the new eppy, go ahead.

Soon won't have to worry about spoilers any more.

Exactly! He got to speak and he actually had a bit of a storyline. Probably the second one ever.
