Thank you. I heard that song on the radio the other day ... and it seems an obvious Odo POV song, a man passionately in love with his friend ... and he is losing in the fight against those intense feelings.

I think he just didn't know how to convey it. He knew he loved her, but he wasn't sure how to show it in a way that she would respond to. We got to see it, but he hid himself behind the friendship. And of course Kira's blindness didn't help
 . But the kiss made everything better  .Watching Princess Diaries now -- and I'm reminded how much I shipped Clarice/Joseph !__________________

Getting ready for Dragon*Con! Four days with Rene and Armin - what could be better, unless Nana were to be there too. If anyone else is going, look me up. I will be helping at Rene's autograph table.

Oh wow! I'm so jealous! That's so cool
. I'd love to bring my son to a convention one day and introduce him to Rene, Armin, AND Nana. I think he would enjoy it -- and he'd be amazed at all the cool stuff you find in the Dealer's Rooms! I think 8 is a good age for a convention, right?  I wonder what he'd think of the people who dress up as Klingons or Borg   !I remember my very,very first con. DS9 was in its 5th season then. I went to a con in Chantilly, VA with William Shatner (who I only remembered from Rescue 911  -- I hadn't seen a single ep of TOS). I was amazed at the stuff I saw, and the very first thing I bought was an autographed pic of Rene . I got an autographed pic of William Shatner, but I was more excited about my Odo pic! I haven't been to a convention in about ... 8 years. I met my husband at one ... and I'd like to take my son to one too. Not just any one, but one with a guest I admire -- Rene, Nana, Armin, etc.__________________
