Think the best thing for me was Colm being promoted to a series regular

out of all I've seen she's probably my favorite female character

Sarah - yes it was nice to see Colm/O'Brien on a regular basis. Lots of strong women on Trek to choose from, but Kira is definitely right up there for me.
