Me too. Not sure if I'll be able to watch tonight.
|
May watch this off Crave this afternoon  or may wait until the morning once it’s “aired” on network television
|
Can't wait!!! I think I'll avoid Fb till I've watched it. Here it's available on Friday.
|
Decided to hold off until first thing in the morning :bubble: even if its available to me where think Crave releases same time or around same time as.CBS All Access

I'm starting to like they broke with the original Star Trek format

I thought this was an ok episode…
- Did like seeing the flashback to when Picard had to resign from Starfleet. Putting all his eggs in one basket and it didn’t work . I must admit Raffi calling Jean-Luc ‘JL’ annoyed me. I mean what is this and seems a bit OOC for Picard. I quite like her though. - Great seeing Hugh again and glad he has managed to have some sort of life since he has purged himself from the Collective. - Don’t mind Rios either, he’s got that Riker-ish quality to him I think. Oh the EMH , and being a twin of Rios too!, seems he’s got 2 holograms for the price of one. - So Soji is a ‘destroyer’ whatever that means! - See Laris and Zhaban got their fight on. These are my two fave character on the show, besides Picard of course ;) , and it’s a damn shame it seems we won’t be seeing them again for the rest of the season. - Also wondering how Soji knew all that stuff about the Romulan ship etc and also about her twin. The mother not knowing what happened to Dahj is very strange indeed, unless that isn’t her mother. - See Picard looks a bit more relaxed in space..loved hearing TNG theme tune as they headed off. I have to say though, after the first 3 eppy’s, I’m not quite feeling this show. It’s good, but I think the pace of the show is a little off. Took a while to get going into the main story and the characters are ok, but they haven’t got the spark yet. I don’t really care about them tbh. I may feel different later on in the season, but unfortunately the show is just not working for me atm. Maybe that will change... |
Probably watch over the weekend myself :bubble:

Pill is bad guy
Episode 3. Pill walked into the room behind the Tal Shiar with one of their weapons in hand already. She's going to end up being one of them, and did this to get in with Picard's crew. or and android.

 Welcome to Fan Forum and the Star Trek board.
I hope to watch the episode tonight. |
Welcome to :ff: and great choice of Star Trek
Hoping this weekend myself BUT been thrown into a Maggie Q mood from randomly seeing her campaign as last on Requests and as always it's thanks to Jac :lmao: whom I share a lot of interest in common with just like with Rita |
Found the ready room ep:

I agree with Tracey. This show is being quite slow to start and I'm not invested in the characters yet. But still Discovery had a slow start too, so perhaps my interest will be sparked yet.
I also didn't like the 'JL' nickname. I assume they put that in to show a close relationship between Picard and this person we've not seen before, but it did seem ooc. I also couldn't work out why she was so upset with him. The flashback showed little indication of that. All together the episode felt a bit contrived and that not much actually happened. I'm glad he's back on a ship now though. Having said that I enjoyed the side story on the borg cube, that is interesting me so far. |
^ Claire :high_five:, I did think maybe I'm the only one :look:, so good to read it wasn't just me..
and  about the Borg side story.. |
