TFTNT Chris!

Well this was a good and bonkers episode

- Had a feeling it was going to be the girl's story and nice the way they did it
- Hemmer is back!
- Nice scene at the beginning with Una telling the Doc he needs to look after himself
- Oh my Pike and Ortegas as their new characters, their bickering
- La'an as the Princess and she starts singing!
- M'Benga figuring out the story as he goes along, good team up with Hemmer
- Hemmer going full wizard with his Abracadabra
- Uhura going full evil Queen...
- The Huntress and Oretgas character got together!
- I liked the way that the entity helped M'Benga's daughter in saving her and letting her live her life
- Also emotional scene when M'Benga and his daughter met up again..

A good and fun episode!, enjoyed it

- nice to see Rukiya again
- @ Pike appreciating the quiet and Spock telling him he jinxed things
- really enjoyed seeing all of them in alternate roles
- Uhura is awesome as the wicked queen
-interesting twist for Pike to be playing the coward and traitor
- @ Hemmer's antennae when he was possessed
- Poor M'Benga having to choose between the crew and his daughter. Really glad that we seen her return as an adult and reassure him that he made the right decision. Also good to have resolution to that storyline
- especially enjoyed Erica and Hemmer's part in this episode.

- overall it was a really fun episode and nice change of pace.

Had to bring this over Really nice to see the comparison of the actors and the characters they portrayed from the book. Enjoyed that all the characters were such a departure from their normal selves.

The hubby and I finally got around to watching this one. It was a fun one, but also bittersweet too because of what happened to M'Benga and his daughter. I was wondering how STN was going to save Rukiya, I'm glad that they did but that was rough watching the goodbye between father and daughter.

Before that scene, the episode reminded me that TOS episode, 'Shore Leave' which had a similar premise: the crew of the Enterprise visits a bizarre planet where the fantasies of the landing party become reality.

Overall, I love how the series manages to balance serious drama writing with a comedy episode like this. It gives us the viewers a chance to decompress from the previous' week's episode.

I also want to see the bloopers from this episode.

Seems to me that there was also a Voyager episode where their dreams altered reality? Or on TNG when a holodeck programme took on a life of it's own. So not an entirely original concept, but still very well done.

It was really tough to watch M'Benga say good bye to Rukiya. I am so glad that they had her come back as a healthy adult to let him know that all was well and that he'd made the right choice.

oh, you're right! there must be an amazing blooper reel!

Yes that was quite a sad scene but also beautiful.

I actually pretty enjoyed this episode, it was pretty fun.

I think they must have had fun making this episode.

I'm not a major fan of these sorts of episodes so it was hard to get into it.

Can't say this type of thing usually appeals to me either, but I enjoyed this episode.

I thought it was all really well done. Interesting to see the characters take on different personas.
