[Discovery] 2:06 - "The Sounds of Thunder"

Maybe we'll get a bit more background about Saru?

Another really good episode

- Great Saru story. I'm glad that he was able to reunite with his sister and tell her everything that has been going on.

- I did like the parrells between Saru and his sister and Michael/Spock. It seems now with what happened with Saru, it gave Michael a push in the right direction for her family.

- Glad the Kelpins finally know their history and that Saru's sister can help them on their journey.

- Aww poor Hugh , looking the same, but feeling different. I think it's going to take quite a while for him to come to terms what has happened to him..

- Great Pike scenes on the bridge, glad he stayed calm during the Saru confrontation.

- Ahh Tilly back in science mode with Airiam, make a good team

- So the Red Angel is a human, hmm interesting...

- Liked the scene between Pike and Tyler. Still don't trust Section 31 though..

- the first thing I thought of when I saw the creature that captured Saru and his sister was Predator …. best cool looking villain of any season so far

- love the mystery of the Red Angel...so much I made a Red Angel icon

great story overall

- it was terrific to get more Saru back story, and that he was able to see his sister again

- Pike obviously doesn't trust Tyler

- wow, Saru got pretty adament on the bridge with Pike about what they should do

- Michael trusted Saru enough to let him beam back to the planet

- liked Saru's line to Hugh about maybe not feeling like himself meant he was free to become the person he's meant to be.

- the Red Angel storyline certainly has my interest

Nice icon Dave!

I think it was a good episode with very good acting, but I thought the story bit about the evolved and unevolved Kelpiens sounded a bit far-fetched to me.

I was happy we finally got some shots on a beautiful planet.

oh, that's an interesting thought about Hugh acquiring some new ability. Thinking about it, I can totally see that happening.
