good episode

- it reminded me of star was with the flight race scene destroying the enemy battle space station gunys that could fire directly on the planet

- let's give Tilly a chance at Being Number One...the crew seemed to approave

- episode focused on Book and his family so that was interesting

- it looks like we are getting closer to the Georgeiou storyline mystery ending

- I'm still sure I trust the director of the whole federation.... hope he remains trustworthy

- I'm glad Burnham found her one true love at least for this season...hopefully they can keep him for next season

- what worm monster at the beginning was pretty cool.... I guess there are snakes that large in congo and Afrida... not planning on visitng there any time soon

next weeks episode is centered around Phillipi Georgeau

I loved all the Philippa/Culber scenes!!

Detmer being AMAZING!! Getting over her fear and Rin flying co-pilot with her! I loved that scene so much!

Tilly is tapping into some of her "Capt. Killy" energy with the way she was standing up to Rin in the ready room.

Next week is gonna be amazing!! I can't wait to see just how far Philippa is going to go!

I thought it was an ok episode, I was more interested what was going on in the ship than on Book's planet..

- Really good scenes between Hugh and Culber. We don't usually see that combination on screen, so it was really good to see
- at Saru trying to find a catchphrase for himself..
- Lovely scenes between Stamets and Adira, I really like their friendship
- See that Tilly is getting used to being Number One. Liked the way she put Ryn in his place in regards to the way he used the word Captain
- Glad that Keyla got a bit of her mojo back with the flying manuvers
- The new baddie that appeared, didn't really interest me
- Intrigued with what is happening with Phlilipa and looks like we will know a lot more next week..

I'm still feeling underwhelmed by this show. I want to feel excited about it again, but I just don't.

There were some nice character scenes in here, but I wished it was more about finding out the mysterious signal, and what caused the burn.

the story isn't really going anywhere atm, it's like 1 eppy for some info and then nothing in the next..

The story is not flowing, but as you said Claire, very nice characters beats in this eppy

- overall this felt like a filler episode to me, but I guess some things were accomplished

- enjoyed the scenes between Hugh and Georgiou. Guess we'll find out what's up with her next week

- that transworm or whatever was pretty freaky

- Tilly putting on her first officer hat and telling Rin to respectful to the Captain

- enjoyed the focus on Detmer.

- nice to see a softer, compassionate side of Paul when he's with Adira

- @ Rin's reaction to Grudge winding up on his lap

I don't need the story to be flowing, I always enjoy character interaction more.

Another good episode and looks we've got more Georgiou coming next time... I liked how every character got a meaningful scene and even Grudge showed up. Saru trying to channel Picard got a bit on my nerves though.

They are doing better this season spreading the screen time amongst the various characters.
