One Thing Remains

I am really excited for this ep. I am so bummed that the season is already over. I know it was 15 eps, which is quite a few, but it still went by so fast.

I don't like cliffhangers either Chris, but like Tracey I am expecting one. And the hiatus will be long though if they wait until next September to air new eps.

I'd be kind of surprised if it doesn't end in a cliffhanger of some kind TBH unless they plan to wrap up the Klingon war in one episode.

ETA: Kind of surprised they wrapped it up the way they did, but I guess it keeps the Klingon homeworld in line for now and saves them as well. I was hoping the Captain would stick around longer though... Maybe she'll pop up more next season, was hoping she'd be a regular again.

Good finale I thought

- liked that we got good scenes between Burnham and Tily
- Good scenes between Ash and Burnham and aww Ash...I do hope we see him again in S2..
- I thought the Emperor had a different plant and Starfleet stopped it
- Tilly and Saru I do you
- So glad that Burnham got her Commander rank back
- Hugh getting his medal at the end
- The Enterprise!!! , I knew it

Love that they used the Star Trek theme at the end and Captain Pike!!

Great season overall and looking forward to S2

WHERE TO START!?!?!?!?!

Philippa...... O_O .... My love for her only got stronger! From the armor, to the Federation Uniform, to the black leather of a merc! And then her with those two Orion's! Ooooh!! That was..... HAWT!

Michael was amazing! She saved the Klingons when the easy route would have been to wipe them all out and be done with it. he embodied the heart of the Federation in this episode and I LOVED IT! So thrilled she is now a Commander again! And her scenes with Amanda and Sarek! Such a family moment!

Tily was too cute! hahaha! I loved when she realized just WHO Philippa was! hahaha! It was adorable!! and then her getting high! OMG! She is an ENSIGN! YES!! She deserves!

Ash.... Good luck to him.

I need this season on DVD so I can watch it all the way through with NO stopping!!

I enjoyed the episode a lot.... many storyline questions were addressed and it was a thought out, entertaining story.

Hope the crew gets to meet young Spock next season

Don't count out Phillipi from seasom 2.... I think the actress/ character will be back [probably as a villain]

This eps. was awesome. I mean I'm disappointed that three main characters are gone now. But the story was really good.

I also loved the enterprise in the end. Really wondering what will happen next. I hate we have to wait for that.

Also wonder if we'll get a scene with spock.

I wonder if CBS Access will have a DVD/ Blue Ray release for the first season or just tell customers....if you want to watch it...you have to subscribe to cbs access [where it aired in America]
