Why can we know that Tyler coming back but we can't know when Elena coming back. When Tyler supposed to be dead. That if he's going down there to film scenes with anyone.

I don't know if we were supposed to know about Kai coming back or not but they sure did not try to keep that a secret from us.

I think she can't talk because of her contract
