This was one of the most boring episodes that this show had, next week seriously needs to make up for it.
I love how Oliver is sharing on IG bts pics of the next episode with him and Ryan on it, he knows what we want. __________________

^Yep! And the ratings really agree about that. I read comments on instagram after the episode. There were not alot of positive ones.
I love that too. It is so great to see and it makes me happy that he knows us so well. __________________

After getting nothing last week, we got some good stuff with Buck and Eddie in last night's episode.
First of all, we got to see the fellas doing their usual excellent teamwork during the fire at the hospital. I especially love seeing them rescuing the babies from the nursery and passing them down the latter to the rest of the team. Things took a big turn when Buck and Eddie tried to rescue Parker and his baby sister. They tried so hard to get to the room, but the fire was too strong. Afterwards, poor Eddie took it so hard that he and Buck couldn't rescue them and was having another panic attack. It was so obvious that he was projecting Christopher and likely Jee-Yun in that situation. Thankfully Buck came over to check on and comfort Eddie, which was much needed. However things from horrible to good when Parker called 9-1-1 and the fellas immediately figured out that they went to the wrong place, which led to them rescuing Parker and his sister. I was so glad that Buck and Eddie got them out safely. Their actions were perfect of them being the 118's Best Boys. Overall it was a good Buddie episode. I was surprised that we got as much as we did in it. However there is still the elephant in the room of Buck and Eddie not talking about the shooting and the continuing after effect it has on them. I really feel like Eddie is on the verge of breaking emotionally. We need to see him and Buck finally talk about it, because I absolutely hate how much damage this traumatic event has done to their relationship. Plus we really need to see Buck, Eddie and Christopher have a nice family moment soon. I'm really disappointed with the lack of Buckley-Diaz family moments this season. We need to see this happen. __________________

I don't think there is a need to put it under spoiler tag. After it is aired in the USA, it doesn't count as spoilers anymore.
I wrote this in the 9-1-1 Thread at the Television & Reality TV board: Quote:
So sad there is no episode next week. __________________

Yea, we didn't get a lot of scenes on this episode, but what we got was good. They just showed off again how well they work as a team.
The lack of communication is really bad, I agree with you both. :') Even the advice that Buck gave to Eddie after they thought they had lost the little boy, it's always to move on and not think about it. At some point that's really gonna blow up in their faces, they have too many emotions bottled up. __________________

You said it. One day and hopefully soon, it will explode for both of them.

I also love seeing Buck and Eddie busting each other's balls in last night's episode. Of course I could see Buck watching telenovelas with Eddie and Christopher to try to improve his Spanish, which would make for a great scene that TPTB need to give us.
Also next week is the fall finale/holiday episode. I really hope that we'll get some more great stuff with Buck and Eddie in it, especially if Christopher is involved. After all it is a tradition on 9-1-1 and we need to see more of it. __________________

That's great to hear, although they should've been higher.

They should but jumping 18 places from last year is incredible and it goes to show what most viewers wants in the show.
