I was actually glad that they didn't get together in the first film. It had a nice foundation for the sequels. I hope we get to see them progress into romance. I don't want them to all of a sudden be together in the sequel.

I definitely saw the ending as them leading up to a romantic pairing. She's never been outside of The Grid before, so he needs to show her the ropes and I'm sure they'll develop a nice friendship that we'll see progress into something more!

That's what I'm hoping. Seeing Sam help her adjust and her learning will be both adorable and funny. :lol:
