Is the second season already over or is it on hiatus?

Kichie After all the hope Richie held to save Kate and after all the torture Amaru put him through, I was shocked & sad not to see a Kichie reunion scene. I really loved these two.

I was kinda sad we didn't get much between them either. I mean I understand why because of how the story went but I was hoping for a little more. But his reaction to thinking Kate's dead and her going into hell (after telling him she hopes he burns in hell) and them coming out together was pretty awesome. Plus that look he was sending her at the end was imo. And I love the ending with "The tres Geckos".
Though disclaimer I haven't got to see the episode yet but I've seen tons of gifs from it. |

I should watch it again, but I don't think they even spoke to one another. Also the lack of scenes in hell because that would've been the point at which they'd finally reunite and it happened off-screen. There were some good opportunities that seemed to be skipped over. I should appreciate the little we got, but the lack of interaction after waiting all season made me sad.
I didn't see the robbery scene coming and it was cool (major ot3 fun), but I wish I could understand it better. Maybe if there's a s4, Kate can get into why her experience with Amaru made her turn to crime. I did see someone mention she went back to wearing her cross though. |

Sadly I don't think they did. They didn't even see each other until close to the end from what I've seen. And I do understand storyline wise why but it does still kinda suck. Wish we had gotten something when they saw each other in hell. And it could have been sweet to have them walk out hand in hand.
I didn't see it coming either but it was amazing! I don't think her experience with Amaru did it at all. She was already into crime while with Seth in S2. I mean she even scouted and help plan their last job together and was full on wanting to be his partner. And we don't even know how many jobs they did together but it was probably quite a few. Especially considering the time together plus the fact it seems that wasn't the first time they had the partner conversation. The last scene to me felt completely natural because it fit with Kate's character development. |

Yea, I don't really understand the writing decision there. It was foreshadowed a lot that Richie would end up in hell, and then he simply got pushed in and then walked back out. It was totally underwhelming and I wish Richie and Kichie got something better in the finale.
That's true on the past experience, though I always saw it as survival & a means to an end wherein Kate could save Scott. Now I can't find a redeeming thing in it. |

Hopefully if we get a s4 or mini series we get more richiekate and considering how S3 left off I don't see why we wouldn't.
It definitely wasn't just for survival. Kate didn't have to do anything. Seth would have provided for them and honestly he acted like he didn't even want her involved. But he needed a driver and it was bare minimum. Kate was wanting to do and be more. She was flat out wanting to be 50/50 partners. So much it was clearly something they discussed quite a bit based on their reactions. And I really don't see how it had anything to do with Scott. Her doing this didn't save Scott and nothing she could have done here (as in the jobs) was to save him. The only part of the storyline that connects with Scott was Rafa and her learning that he lives off rats (for the most part) and saw oh hey Scott can do this too. He doesn't have to kill people. |
