It'll be really interesting to see Kate's interaction with both Gecko brothers next season. I definitely dont think she and Richie are over just because she's traveling with Seth now. Honestly I ship just about everything on this show. (Seth/Kate, Richie/Kate hell even Richie/Santanico cuz they are just so damn hot )

It really will and I hope we get some jealous Richie over Seth/Kate. I don't ship Santanico/Richie at all but I do really like Santanico/Carlos.

I know that Seth and Kate are more of a popular fanbase which I can totally understand, I love them on the show and in the movie too. But for some reason I am so drawn to Richie with her. It's just weird because in the movie he is just real creepy and of course dies but the show takes it to a different level. Plus it helps that the actor is hot. No offense to Quentin Tarantino

Zane's Richie just has a way of being so creepily charming that you cant help but fall in love with him. He's supposed to be utterly creepy, but in the moments he has with Kate, you can feel a connection as well. I love Seth/Kate more, but I really do see the connection Kate has with BOTH Gecko brothers. It'll be interesting to see in season 2 tbh

I think Zane has a way of making us empathize with Richie in a way that Quintin didnt? No offense to Quintin of course he's fantastic.

Totally agree. I love Tarantino, he is great, he played Richie in the movie great but younger Richie and Zane playing him is perfect.

I am so glad tv Richie is so much better than movie Richie. Couldn't stand movie Richie.

I think because its a TV show they needed to make Richie more sympathetic of a character. And they definitely succeded. Plus Zane is a really great actor and has chemistry with everyone he acts with.

I definitely agree and I'm glad. The tv characters over the movie characters. At least as far as the main ones go. And Zane is so fantastic.

What do you guys think about the kiss? Do you think Kate was trying to manipulate Richie or do you think she was genuinely shocked by the fact that she actually kissed him? Richie was obviously shocked that she kissed him, though.

I personally think it was all Kate (no manipulation) and she was just tapping into a part of herself she never thought or let herself think about. But then after she did it she was like oh no. What am I doing? I shouldn't be doing this. I'm a good girl. I think Kate was legitimately shocked at what she did but it was something she wanted to do.

Yeah I agree as well. I think Kate surprised herself when she kissed Richie. She definitely feels the connection she has with him.

Random question for all Richie fans: Richie with glasses or Richie without glasses?

I also agree too. I think that is one of the reasons she got up and ran off and he went calling after her. But Seth was right behind him talking to him so he didnt get a chance to talk to her about the kiss.

Richie is RICHIE with his glasses. I miss them. But Zane looks hot either way.
