If you want something in the zombie apocalypse the first fics I thought of were https://www.fanfiction.net/s/10296754/1/S-is-for-Sure and https://www.fanfiction.net/s/10398367/1/R-is-for-Real both by Penelope Muir. You might have read those though since they're basically classics in the fandom.
