There is already a thread for TV couples that you wanted as endgame & got and couples you wanted and didn't get, but that thread is only for TV couples. I tried to look for a similar thread just for movie couples but I couldn't find any so I decided to create one :)

So as the title of the thread suggests, this thread is for all your movie couples that you wanted and got, and the couples that you wanted but didn't get, and as you know this thread is only for movie couples, so please do not post any TV couples here.

Wanted & sort of got:
Jack & Rose (Titanic) - I love Jack & Rose they are 1 of my favourite couples, sadly Jack died at the end of Titanic & Rose survived and eventually got married & had kids with someone else, but at least Rose reunited with Jack in the afterlife :love:
Peter/Starlord & Gamora ('Guardians of the Galaxy' series) - they were a great couple in the GOTG movies, but sadly the Gamora that Peter loves died in 'Infinity War' and was replaced by an alternate Gamora who does not love Peter, so they are not considered endgame.
Raleigh & Mako (Pacific Rim) - it was implied that they had romantic feelings for each other in the movie but never officially dated
Diana Prince/Wonder Woman & Steve Trevor (Wonder Woman) - I love them together in WW, but sadly Steve died at the end of the first WW movie.
Daniel & Kumiko (Karate Kid II) - I love Daniel & Kumiko together, out of all of Daniel's love interests in the 'Karate Kid' series, Kumiko was the best, they fell in love in the second 'Karate Kid' movie but sadly Daniel went back to the US and they lost touch. I think Daniel should've ended up with Kumiko, she was the one who most fans want Daniel to end up with. And even in 'Cobra Kai', it's obvious that Daniel still has feelings for Kumiko, but he is a married man now with kids & he is loyal to his wife. Kumiko was the one who got away.
Satine & Christian (Moulin Rouge) - Satine and Christian were a lovely couple in the movie, but sadly Satine died in the end of the movie
Gabby & Matt (Tempting Fate) - they were together for a while in the movie and even had a baby together, but in the end they broke up
John & Savannah (Dear John) - they were together for a while but then broke up in the end
Mike & Brooke (Magic Mike) - they were together in the first 'Magic Mike' movie, but broke up in the second movie
Scott Summers/Cyclops & Jean Grey (X-Men movie series) - I've always loved Jean's relationship with Scott, it's sad that the movies focused too much on Jean's relationship with Wolverine and completely butchered Scott's character & sidelined Scott & Jean's iconic relationship and killed him off in 'X-Men the last stand'
Leyna & Lutz (Where hands touch) - they were a lovely couple in the movie, but sadly Lutz died at the end of the movie
Frank & Rachel (The Bodyguard) - they were romantically involved in the movie, but sadly in the end they went their separate ways, so they weren't really "endgame"
Alita & Hugo (Alita: Battle Angel) - I really liked Alita & Hugo as a couple, but sadly he died in the end of the movie
Mia & Connor (Fish tank) - even despite the age difference, Mia and Connor had a very special bond in the movie and I liked them together and they did have sex once in the movie, but sadly they did not end up together.
Brian & Nora (Edge of the garden) - they fell in love with each other during the course of the movie, but sadly they did not end up together
Miranda & Leo (Sea Change) - there were a lot of obvious hints in the movie that implied Miranda & Leo had romantic feelings for each other and they even kissed. But the end of the movie was very confusing, the story seemed incomplete and the movie ended on a cliffhanger that didn't resolve anything, and needless to say Miranda & Leo did not end up together, they got separated in the end. I heard the movie is based on a book series and in the books they did end up together, but since this is a list for movie couples specifically, and technically they did not end up together in the movie version, so I can only add them to my "wanted & sort of got" list.
Lisa & Eddie (Until we meet again) - another couple I liked but did not end up together, they clearly fell in love during the course of the movie, the problem is that Eddie was a ghost, so sadly in the end he had to move on to the afterlife and leave Lisa
Louisa & Will (Me before you) - they fell in love with each other during the movie, but sadly Will died in the end
Frances/Baby & Johnny (Dirty Dancing) - they fell in love with each other during the course of the movie, but sadly did not end up together.
Grace & Carter (Stay the night) - they fell in love but sadly didn't stay together
Clary & Jace (The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones) - they fell in love but sadly broke up at the end of the movie, the movie is based on a series of books and in the books Jace & Clary were endgame, but since the movie flopped they never made any sequels, so technically in the movie version they did not end up together.
Jack & Annie (Speed) - they were together in the first movie, but sadly broke up in the sequel
