S, is that Chloe/Oliver in your icon? I'm a Clark/Chloe fan but I wouldn't mind Chloe/Oliver. I may even start to watch Smallville again if they treating Chloe's character better.

:yay: for some C/O. I may watch her scenes then…but ngl I’m afraid to like them too much because Chloe always gets screwed over in the end and I don’t see her and Oliver lasting. So I may wait and read what happens first before I get invested.

I can’t wait for GG to come back, I’m ready for some proper Jenny/Nate scenes and development. It’s been way too long.

Chloe/Oliver could last though. There's no reason why it couldn't IMHO.

Well I couldn’t care less about the show overall because I hate it too, but I want to see Nate/Jenny having scenes together. But like Chloe/Oliver I may read whats happening first and then watch.

Besides its Chloe her character doesn’t get treated well imo and I don’t know the mythology of the Green Arrow but I’m pretty sure he’s destined for another girl. I guess I just don’t want a repeat of Chloe/Clark. Where I like CC but because Clark ends up with Lois the show followed the comics instead of what would be right for what they established on Smallville (all my opinion though since I know Clark/Lois fans would disagree).

Oh I don't even plan on watching period. Something pretty awesome will have to get me to watch anything but a few clips. The show is horrible and the fandom is just insane and hurtful.

But Smallville kind of made it's own canon and Green Arrow doesn't always end with Black Canary. Only in some of the universes. They're not like Clark/Lois. I guess the comparison was Batman/Catwoman...if that means anything to you. :lol: I don't see why Chloe/Oliver couldn't last until the end of Smallville.

I'm sorry to hear that S, but if you think it's for the best then I won't try to convince you otherwise. I can only speak for myself but when I invest in a couple and they're not being treated right or I don't see some light at the end of the tunnel I usually distance myself from the show.

I do think Jenny/Nate still have potentail to be endgame so I haven't totally given up...I just prefer to read up and see what's going on first.

I don't know enough of the GG fandom outside of Jenny to fully comment but from what little I've seen I can see why you feel this way. For me personally going by the only fandom I really know (OTH) what bothers me the most is people seeing things that aren't there or picking on other characters to make their characters seem superior. That's the only thing that annoys me.

So Oliver doesn’t always end up with Black Canary? If that’s the case then maybe there’s some hope for Chloe/Oliver. I guess it all depends on how seriously they treat it and how they develop it.
