Colin Firth Hints At Bridget Jones's Diary 3 - Sky Movies HD
Colin Firth has given hope to Bridget Jones fans. The Oscar-nominated actor, who starred as hapless singleton Bridget's love interest Mark Darcy opposite Renee Zellweger in the films, told Extra TV a new sequel to the hit British rom-coms is in the pipeline. Colin, 50, said: "I think there's a chance. The writing department's been busy. A sequel is one thing, but a third, now that they've aged a bit, could be far more interesting." Following her books Bridget Jones's Diary and Bridget Jones: The Edge Of Reason, on which the first two films were based, author Helen Fielding continued the further adventures of Bridget Jones in The Independent in 2005. The columns saw Bridget's relationship with Mark Darcy fall into difficulty when she found herself pregnant by her dastardly ex-boss Daniel Cleaver, the character played by Hugh Grant in the films. Colin was speaking at a screening of his new film The King's Speech at the American Film Institute Festival. |

Loving the pics.
Mark/Bridget are definitely one of my favourite movie couples, they just fit so well together. And I'd love a third movie too.  So hopefully it'll happen for real. __________________

Oh I worry of a 3rd one, I don't really wanna see a Daniel/Bridget baby.
 I'd rather see a Mark/Bridget baby. But I guess as long as they still keep Mark/Bridget together it wouldn't be too bad.  __________________
