Just finished catching up...... ..

:nod: North & South is the first thing I saw Richard Armitage in; and it still remains my favourite movie ever & HE’S my favourite actor ever!:D

Back on topic to Johh & Aeryn....it’s weird since I first posted last week I really have been thinking more and more about Farscape. As I said before, I have not seen it in years. But when I first watched it....I was blown away by just how wonderful the show was. The writing (dialogue especially); the characters; relationships (friendships & romantic entanglements); the humour; drama; morality; and special effects (as a child of the '80s, I applaud the use of puppetry over crappy CGI anyday; thanx Jim Henson! :clap: ----> loved Pilot & Rygel.....Pilot seemed real with his eyes & various arm movements).

I have watched A LOT of sci-fi during my lifetime and despite obvious similarities to other shows....there was a definite freshness with Farscape. But I have to admit the first thing that comes to mind when I think of the show is our couple, John & Aeryn. There’s is a love that transcends space....a long journey, but at the end worth every struggle, pain, and doubt each of them faced. But the loyalty, trust, and love they have for one another CAN AND DID CONQUER ALL. It is just so beautiful to watch unfold.

Yes, it’s been years but the fact that I still remember lines of dialogue between them tells me how effective the chemistry plays onscreen ---- it truly lifts the dialogue off the page.

I had to look this up (to get it absolutely correct --- I remembered it mostly :blush:)....to this day...from Season 1 episode 12, Rhapsody in Blue (they still never explained how Aeryn ended up with Crichton’s underwear!) :lol: :

John: (noticing the white shorts Aeryn is wearing) That's my underwear.

Aeryn: (stretching the waistband of the boxers out to reveal the tag) What does this say?

John: Calvin.

Aeryn: (letting the waistband snap back) Then they're not yours.

The banter and chemistry between them is absolutely electric!:whip: Lovin’ all the pics!

What can I say about this two? There just ain't other ship like these two. And I ship A LOT.
This show and this ship are just life-ruining. I will never be able to get over them, ever!! I just want to rewatch Farscape again and again and again.

I have a bunch of gifs and pics of John and Aeryn, but they're not mine.

Everything I have Farscape related I've found online and just saved. I do know the screen names of some of the people who made the arts, but not for all of them because I've been collecting this stuff for over 6 years. So I'm not sure if I can post that stuff on here if I can't credit it.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

Maybe you can post with a disclaimer that if any of the artists spot their stuff, they should just say and the credit will be added?
