It's gonna be a looooong two weeks. What are ya'll most excited to see next? I really want to see Jane telling Michael it was Rafael who turned him in, but I have a feeling he isn't going to react all happy and friendly toward her suddenly. Ultimately it doesn't matter because he still has his job. I hope he doesn't get mad at Rafael again. I hope he just lets it go, and forgives them, while at the same time not wanting to be all buddy-buddy right away. I want to see Jane work a little for that. |

I think Jane will tell him, but yeah, it'll probably be fairly awkward and a bit of an anti-climatic event. Michael will feel vindicated for sure, but him being right doesn't change the fact that he resorted to violence with Rafael and that they don't get on. In fact, this will make that relationship even more strained, effectively making a relationship with Jane seem virtually impossible if one of her main stipulations is a healthy relationship with Mateo's father. So my guess is it'll put them in an odd limbo-state for a while.
Most of all, I hope Michael isn't smug about it. It would say so much about his character if he was gracious and even forgave Rafael. It would make him the better person. |

Exactly. I really hope he is the bigger person and handles it graciously. I do not want to see him being a jerk to Rafael. Especially since he told Jane he would work on his anger, I would appreciate actually seeing that. Even if we can tell it's a struggle, I still want to see him overcoming that struggle.
I can understand Jane wanting Michael and Rafael to be at peace with each other...and I think that can be achieved, but it will be a long road, and she's going to have to be patient. She can't expect them to like each other or want to be friendly, but I hope they can eventually forgive each other and be civil, for her sake and for Mateo's sake. Also, Jane needs to hold Rafael to the same standards she held Michael. Because Rafael is definitely not an angel to Michael, and says some very unkind and unfair things about him. I'm trying not to be worried about where they take Michael's character next. From what we've seen so far, especially in the shopping scene, he does not seem to be bitter, and he was not at all rude to Jane and Rafael, even though it must have hurt to see them together. I think he has had 6 long months to regret his actions and feel miserable. I think he is mostly upset with himself. The question is really, how will he react when he learns the truth? I hope his character has been punished enough for one season, and that the writers will do right by him and show us that the violent outburst was not who he really is, but a completely isolated incident brought on by months and months of repressed anger that finally reached its breaking point. Fingers crossed. |

Thank you
I agreed, I don’t think Michael will be feeling mad, it's been six months and he doesn’t really lost his job, he has so many things to worry about at the moment, Nadine’s death, the investigation with Sin Rostro, I just think he will react as if nothing had changed between him and Jane, as if he had actually move on and this dynamic will be interesting to see. I would like to see Jane’s reaction with a Michael more indifferent. |

Jane never had to chase either guy so far, it would be nice to have a change I guess. I agree though, hopefully Michael will be the bigger person. It's no moment to gloat after all, actually it's a pretty sad situation because Jane ended up doubting him and nothing changes in terms of Michael/Rafael being pitted against each other.

Which I'm okay with. It'll be fun to see them work through their issues. They have to deal with Jane hurting him and not trusting him and pushing him out of her life AGAIN, when he has been completely honest with her ever since his early season 1 blunder. He has every reason to be scared she'll bail again when something goes wrong. They have to work through Michael's anger toward Rafael and figuring out how the two men can tolerate being in each other's lives. Jane has to trust he won't get violent again. They have to work through what Michael's role will be in Mateo's life. They have to forgive each other and learn to trust each other again. But if the writers do it justice it will be really beautiful to watch, and the payoff in the end will be worth it. If those two actually make it down the aisle, it will be |

They better have snow at their wedding. And giraffes! Neither of which exists in the same climate, but who cares?

Or ya know, if they can't wait until next winter, there's always the snow machine!
I'm so gonna get my hopes up about them getting married this season and be disappointed with how it all ends, I just know it... I really gotta learn the art of indifference. |

Maybe Jane and Michael could get married in Colorado up in the Rocky Mountains with real snow . Or they could have their honeymoon up there in some cozy cabin.

I don't think Michael will be smug (unlike me when everything was revealed ). I see him being the bigger person and forgiving Rafael. I honestly think it's going to be harder for Rafael to deal with Michael, as this plan was his shot to get Michael gone for good. If this show intends to marry Michael and Jane, there's still the matter of Michael and Rafael getting along and between the two boys right now, I think Michael would be more willing to at least keep a peaceful front for Mateo's sake than Rafael. But, we'll see what happens. __________________

Michael deserves to know that he was right about Rafael turning him in. I don't understand the "michael is shady and has it out for rafael" argument anymore considering Michael was right about Rafael turning him in.
I still think it was a weird choice for the writers to make tbh...but since they did, Michael deserves an apology for sure new thread time! I'll open __________________
