This is the only instance where it makes sense and is even ok. I didn't read the book, but I believe the siblings were abused and locked in a room by themselves for many years. In that instance, the people in that situation are bound to develop a sort of attachment, even romantic despite it being for all the wrong reasons.

I don't have any incestuous favorite in canon. Blegh. But I do like Ron/Ginny (Potterverse) in the FitA scenario. Again, Flowers in the Attic is pretty much the only realistic instance. But maybe that's because I'm ~~normal~~ ignorant.
