I just realized we have a bromances thread but not a thread for girlmances. :look:

Cathy/Diane (Bruno&Boots) Literally the definition of this "You're all about teamwork, right? Well me and Diane? We're a team."

Mal/Evie (Descendants) They literally sang a breakup song to each other while clutching each other like they never wanted to let each other go.

Riley/Maya (GMW) Honestly the exact defnition of this
"I would do anything for you." "I know." And the fact that Riley has more of a bond with her best friend than her boyfriend says a lot to me.

Meredith/Cristina (Grey's Anatomy) "She's the person I would call to move the body." "You're still my person even though I'm not yours." They broke me in several ways. I will always miss them the most.

Liv/Gabby (Emmerdale) Now I have a love hate relationship with this friendship but honestly they seem to compliment each other during their good periods. They are polar opposites who are unbelievably soft and protective of each other when it comes down to it. I really hope they continue to develop this friendship even more

Fiona/Holly J (Degrassi) I almost shipped them romantically in the beginning until I realized what an important friendship this actually is. Fiona had a crush on Holly J, Holly J didnt return her feelings. They stayed EXACTLY as they were and Fiona eventually found a girl who she loved and returned her feelings and Holly J was her best friend/sister who supported her through everything. They are so important to me.

I love that show and love those two!

Cristina/Meredith [GA] - Gave up on the show years ago but I will always love this girlmance and the “you’re my person” speech was amazing. :love:

Eleanor/Tahani [The Good Place] - I lowkey ship them romantically (and Eleanor is definitely attracted to her ... who wouldn’t be? :lol: ) but I think that I prefer them as friends ultimately. :love:

Jane/Petra [JTV] - Also ship them together but I love love how these two became friends after the initial rocky start. :)
