Disappointed Shippers #5: rant and rave over the ships we loved and lost.
 

Given the large number of relationships that have sunk over the course of the past season and the number of fans that have been upset or devastated, this is a thread to express your anger/your regret/what ifs with your favorite couple and share stories and sympathy with other "shippers" who have been disappointed as well. No attacking in this thread. Just think of it as a "rant" thread, and also a place to sympathize.

Always and Forever it will be Charlie and Claire that I cry about. The writers of Lost have thrown away a great lovestory and a ton of good storytelling in this pair. Darn you guys.

Harry/Hermione (HP) and Ryan/Marissa (The O.C) will always be my biggest disappointments - both had so much potential that was just thrown away so thoughtlessly. :(

Izzie and Denny (GG)
Dylan and Brenda (90210)
Alex and Isabel (roswell)
Kyle from roswell because he didn't get a girl and stayed single for all the series

Prue and Andie (charmed)

basically all the couples made by Nicholas Sparks since he's against happy endings and someone always dies :lol: :pout:

George and Izzie: I waited for this since I started watching, and was super happy when it did. (even in the not so great circumstances) And the writers were saying great things - like that they were taking George and Izzie to amazing places. After a lot of drama, they were able to be together, only to have it fall apart right after that. Where was the amazing places? Why put plan something from the pilot, only to give it such a stupid ending? Why pretend like it never happened, and take away the best part of the show for me? Not only the relationship/potential relationship, but their BFF friendship!

Clark and Chloe: 8 years, a handful of kisses, lots of romantic hints, and yet.. nothing. But I guess the show aint over yet..

Angel/Cordy (Yes there were a few moments, but to kill off Cordy?!)
Chloe/Clark..the writers need to get off there high horse and try and do something about this! 8 years is way to long to ruin that!
Harry/Hermione...no matter what JK says they'll always be in my heart!

But I think the person might be disappointed with the way DS is being developed or something. Like, they're still together, yes, but they don't like how they've been written? Which, honestly...even though I realllllly don't like DS, I do feel quite bad for DS shippers. Giving them a shared sibling, Josh; really?! That sucks.

Cordy died? :eek: Everyone I know told me BTVS is such a good series and to watch it and I have just finished season 1. When does she die?

Anyways I second that rant about Prue/Andy. At least they were together in heaven. :lol:

Cordy doesn't die in BTVS; she dies in Angel, the spinoff. :)
