I just watched some of their NYCC interviews. Seems like the M@luca talk dropped way back here :lol: I really liked what Vlamis/Carina/Tyler were saying about this ‘triangle’ thing, it does seem pretty clear that Malex is where it is going to be heading, no matter if they do try other relationships. Carina seems very intent on Malex, which is nice.

Yeah, but even after the finale and they weren't sure what season 2 was going to entail, and they were all talking up the triangle.. it still seemed heavily Malex tilted :shrug: Do I think the triangle is stupid? Yes, but I mean come on... Vlamis and Tyler are always on social media playing it up and flirting lol. All of Vlamis' designs for his shirts and hoodies.. all Malex related.. not one other ship or anything on those designs. Right now, the narrative is all for Malex as well.. I am not worried about Malex until I feel like there is a genuine need for that.

I think the fans who are worried are worried because a lot of same sex relationships on tv, especially on mainstream tv, get screwed over. The CW loves it’s gorgeous het!ships, so I get it. I just think with Carina and this cast and this writing crew, worrying about Malex is silly at this point. There is still another 3 seasons after season 2 that Carina has planned, and like you said, her plan seems to include Malex very heavily :lol:
