I actually don't like comparison gifsets (this one is not exactly a comparison gifset but you know), videos etc, because most of them are biased and they generally rip off the context but this one felt so true Also I saw a gifset with that pilot quote and of all the times that Rachel went to Joey when she needed. Isn't it beautiful? I couldn't post it because I can't find the short one again and the one I could find with all times is pretty long. Maybe I can post later. BUT THEY ARE SO BEAUTIFULLLL

Oh I loveeee parallels But what I don't generally like is comparison gifsets, meaning if they are made out of context and only made out of bias. Like this character did this, this character said this; but not showing the whole picture, like why that character said it, was that also in match with what was shown? Because it should be both told and shown. I don't know if I could explain myself

I think he started to there, but I don't think he ever really got it.

I love the quote for J/R though, he'd never been able to talk about his feelings all that freely, so it was good to hear

It's the first time I ever felt that Ross looked like he really listened to Joey when he spoke of his feelings for her.

It didn't justify his pathetic drunken display from before but you could see when he said "maybe it's time we all move on" that he was finally ready to accept them.

I agree that he did listen in that scene & take Joey's feelings seriously. But in the finale he was bragging about having slept with Rachel & didn't think about the fact that not all that long ago Joey & Rachel were dating...

I actually hate having to see Joey be a cheerleader for RR that episode - I mean, it makes sense for Joey because that's who he is, but no one, for one second, thinks about him.

I 100% agree with you Season 10 was terrible as a whole but two episodes which really grate me are the awful 'TOW Joey Speaks French' (that episode is so degrading for him ) and 'The Last One', which just makes a mockery of J/R by having Joey and Phoebe, like you say, the RR cheerleaders as if J/R never happened.

Yeah, I just can't take it seriously. Joey had been in love with Rachel for two years & everyone knew that.... he was such a good friend to everyone else, but no one was a good friend to him at all in that situation
