Chuckie x Lil [Rugrats/All Grown Up!] - "Maybe you are a Neon. In here."
I thought I'd try and start a thread for my all-time favourite animated couple, Chuckie Finster and Lil DeVille. They're just SO perfect together! Who else thinks they should have been a couple? Because I thought they had something special between each other, particularly in All Grown Up!.

Have a look at this. This is a tweet from Julia Kato, who voiced Kira throughout the series! She said that Chuckie and Lil (as well as Tommy and Kimi) were a good match!
