I only recall it showed that Natasha gave a bag to Bruce, Bruce and Tony heading back in a car and then Steve drove off in a motorcycle. :look: :P

This was the moment. For me it's a pretty big hint that they left together. Her getting the bag out, him getting in. Plus in the bts pictures the cars got a giant SHIELD logo on the side.
