Hope this isn't a duplicate thread but I've recently gotten into MP and these two are the bright spot for me. I adore Billy, and this coupling. Their non-wedding is right up there with the Brandon/Kelly non-wedding on 90210.

OMG, this is so cute. Yeah, before MP went crazy, I was into them too. Probably because Allison was so resistant to give into her feelings at first and Billy was just too much of a 'big fluffy dog' type to let it bother him.

I think I am officially in love with another joint Darren Star/Aaron Spelling production. Of course, MP could never touch 90210, in my book but I love it nonetheless. I remember watching the last two seasons in 1997-1998 and 1998-1999 and hating it so maybe I only really like the earlier seasons.

I've read a lot of fan opinions about their least fave MP characters and many state that Billy is one of the people on the bottom of their list. I say, "What?! He's practically at the top of my list!!"

I've been jotting down Billy quotes, when he goes and privately meets with the men who try to steal his beloved Alison from him. I do so love him and I love the two of them, as a couple.

Dr. Miller: I'm not at liberty to discuss Alison's case with you but I apologize if you've misunderstood her treatment.

Billy: Treatment? So, what do you do with your tough cases, what do you take them to Club Med?

Dr. Miller: If you'll calm down, I'll be happy to discuss my prodedures with you.

Billy: I'm not going to discuss the time of day with you, Miller. Alison is the most important person in my life, alright? We've been through hell and back together. You have no idea how much I love her, no idea. Personally, I think you're full of crap. She thinks you have some kind of magic cure and I'm not going to take that away from her. But, I swear, if you do anything to hurt her...

From Season 2 eppi "Psycho Therapy." It's only a portion of the exchange, and I could have typed the whole dang thing out but, hey, I thought it was the part that was most salient to the whole "Billy/Alison connection."

I'm in the mood to fight on behalf of overlooked couples, who don't get the love and attention they deserve!

I stopped watching MP after a few seasons, but Alison and Billy were definatly my favorite couple on the show. I loved the attraction they had for each other as roomies and then them finally getting together.

i really wish they had their happy ending too i think allison was really sweet when she was with billy and it seemed real not like with other characters she had been with.

This thread is really old but I really thought Billy and Alison should have ended up together on Melrose Place and I was really mad when they didn't.

yeah i feel the same too somtimes i found it frustrating to watch them because it was so easy for them to break apart however to me they got along the best out of each of their relationships with others but with others they seemed to get more of a fair chance.

Too bad this thread isn't really active. They have been my favorites since the first episode. I had some difficulties getting into the show the first season, but they managed to keep me attached, wanting to watch more. And i am so glad they did cause otherwise i would have missed the rest of te show.

I finished a video of them i've been working on for a while. It took some time to get all clips onto my computer (it made me realize how many wonderful scenes they have together) And then put it all into a video. And this isn't even everything, but i am planning to make more vids in the future. I set it to the song "Holding On & Letting Go" which i thought really suited their relationship. Hope you enjoy.

A notification, i've just re uploaded the video. It had some sound issues i discovered today. I made the video with earplugs in, and the voice overs worked perfectly. Without, the sounds were pretty much invisible. I fixed it somewhat, and it seems to work better now.

I am currently binge watching MP. I always loved Billy and Alison, even the first time around, but they sure loved to give them 2 seconds of happiness and then break them up.

I am only on the first season, but they are so cute and great and I wish that they had ended up together too.
