Why not? He had him in Harrisburg .. the fan made it all the way back to the Pitts, Justin had just left .. wouldn't you think that Ian would make use of the fan that night?

I don't think Ethan would have given his address…Justin was living with him. The guy was most likely a stalker type and found out where he lived somehow.
Brian didn't do or promise anything, and Justin never left (until…well, you know). __________________
