I'm sorry but I don't get your comment :( Sorry I am sure I just am not reading it right :) |
Chris, I see your point. They were a cute couple when they weren't being all cringe-ridden and grossing out Brian with lovey-dovey talk... and even then! I have to admit I do like seeing them together for as long as it was good. That first kiss between them in Babylon was spontaneous, and it's really delightful.

So Chris are you saying that you don't think they should be together? Is that why it has the line though it? :) |
Haha no, I DO want them to end up together, but I feel like it's an unpopular opinion, so I was trying to be secretive about it. ;)
I think it's really obvious in the finale that Emmett still carries a torch for Ted. It's written all over his face when Blake shows up, and also he straight up admits that he's jealous of Tad (omg Tad... ... that could be a discussion in its own). But rewatching the finale, I'm not convinced Ted actually had any romantic feelings left for Emmett... :embarrassment: Yes, I LOVE their beginning during the Rage party!! "Jesus, what the hell they put in those drinks?!" |
I think Ted and Emmett would have been good together :) They were such good friends and really loved each other I think. I think Emmett could still be in to Ted too but then Ted sees Blake and that's it for him - it's Blake all the way.
|
Yeah, sadly it makes sense too, cause Ted tends to have a type - guys that hurt him. :( I know Blake gets better but still.
|
Emmett and Teddy will always have my heart - both as friends and as lovers, but I can't help but like him with Blake also. They were cute together (whenever Blake wasn't on his crystal fix and tweaked :look: ) I'm glad the writers gave Ted enough dimension to explore either of those romantic possibilities. :)

I found their first love scene exciting because they were making the transition from friends to lovers. When you get over that initial feeling of awkwardness, you can't help but go "awww". I'm sure it was as magical as they were both making it out to be the next day.. or the following episode later.
|
I absolutely love Temmett. I wish they'd ended together. Yeah, I said it.
|
Am I the only who believes they may have had some feelings left over after they split and went back to being friends? Remember Michael and Ben's wedding? Ted was crying a puddle, and Emmett goes, "I don't remember you crying this much at Mel and Lindsay's wedding", or something like that. And then Ted laments over the fact that if he hadn't blown it being a crystal addict and all, they, too, could have had a wedding. I thought that was very telling. But part of that was the regret from how he treated Em that time he was still feeling.
|
I think it's obvious they still have feelings. In the finale, when Ted goes off with Blake, there's a clear cut to Emmett, who looks broken hearted.
They should've ended up together. :( |
When Emmett was flinging with Drew, I definitely caught a few longing glances from Ted here and there. So I think we should take that into consideration that they could have easily ended up together.
The man from Mississippi (was it?) that Emmett supposedly knew... who appeared out of thin air was random. Like, who even was that? I think that was just Emmett's dance partner for the evening. I don't think believe anything long-term came out that of that. Ted and Blake are pretty much bound at that point, though, which I'm happy with also. :) |
Add me please :flowers:

No list here, Clarice. Sorry. I'd make one for these two, though.
I've been watching the crystal meth arc again. Just so sad. |
