Brian is so goofy in that opening scene with Lindsay. "Well there's no predicting. Oops! I said, d :censored:, didn't I?"

Lindsay still got feelings for Brian, it's so obvious she does. That longing in that description she gave of what their life would be if they were the ones married to each other. I appreciate Brian not giving her any hope and just said "no". But that's not say he doesn't love her, because like he said, he did. :sigh:

Debbie didn't have a lot of trust in her bond with Michael when she thinks he would never trust her again if she tells him the truth  I mean he is 31 years old.. he will understand when you explain it

Yes, SO obvious. She giggles like a schoolgirl when he's being goofy. Which is adorbs, though.

And that's more of a courtesy than he ever gave to Michael...

Right. Michael was fairly young when all this was happening, so I don't think having a gay father would have affected him that much. He would not have cared because he was an innocent child. Children don't think about that stuff. I think Debbie was just caving to the pressures of society at the time, and she presented this false portrait to Michael to shield him from life fact his father was gay, and wasn't a war hero. And he himself turned out gay!
