if it's the Gale event you're talking about, the date is still up in the air.. he hasn't gotten back to Zarata with his availability yet. He said the end of May, but obviously he doesn't know his schedule for his project yet.

He wanted to come back to Zarata end of may or he wanted to do the event then... well.. its end of june now, so i guess the first

So...all of the people who already paid for the event...what happens if he cancels?

He wont be cancelling... he is waiting to find out the shooting schedule for a new project. I'm guessing he can't give the info if he hasn't gotten it yet, so it is still up in the air... IF he were to cancel, refunds are given since he is the only guest.
