I saw my brother one last time today before he leaves for New York with his wife tomorrow.

I was devestated saturday one of my favourite spots in the forrest is completly destroyed.. I litterally cried when I went there saturday morning

I'm so sorry. People are becoming more and more insufferable, allowing money, greed and their willful stupidity to have precedence over their non-existent morals. They think nothing of ripping up the planet that provides for us. I hate it so much.

I'm still upset.. just thinking of it makes me cry

I finally managed to paint a bit in between rain pauses. now only a little piece of fence is left. hope I can finish it till friday. I also want to clean the grass on the front to make it look pretty

I had a good weekend, but I hate how life goes complicated more each day. I wish I could disappear.

my dads birthday is tomorrow and my brothers family is coming over today.. busy weekend ahead

Daggi- How's your dad doing? Happy birthday to him.

Today is World Mental Health Day and as a therapist I deal with people's mental health issues a lot of the time so it's important for me to acknowledge this day. Right now a lot of people are suffering emotionally because of everything that is happening in the world. I personally am no stranger to feeling stressed out or anxious about things. My mom has lived with anxiety (that she hasn't treated) all of her life and I'm sure my dad has some thing going on too.

Mental issues have most of the people, I think at least that way. I know a lot od them who joined therapy and going to therapist. It's great to see how it can help them to set free themselves of issues from their childhood and parents.
And the rest who never go to see any specialist... they have their own problems because of it too. It's good people have knowlgedge and doing something with it - throught therapy or working by themselves to solve some stuff.

going out for lunch with him today

didn't know a day like that exists. but its good it does. therapists are doing a good and not easy job.

feeling a bit under the weather today and don't know why. maybe the stress of the last weeks catches on to me

dad is having a little growth on his nose taken off on wednesday. so we hope it will be ok then.

how is everybody doing?

I'm kind of ok. Reading a lot lately and playing games a little. I still need to finish family stuff and I'm waiting when it's gonna happen.

As much as I adore colder temperatures I hate smog.
